Do I have to coach or mentor agents I refer to the Downline Accelerator?

No. Once you refer them to us, our team takes over completely. You won’t be responsible for training, mentoring, or managing them in any way.

Will the agents I refer stay in my LPT Realty downline?

Yes. As long as you refer them through our form before they join SPACE, they’ll stay in your LPT downline. And you’ll receive overrides on their production.

Is there a cost or catch to use the Downline Accelerator Program?

None. The program is free for all LPT Realty agents. You refer, we support, and you earn.

What if the agent I want to refer already talked to SPACE?

If they haven’t officially joined us yet, refer them now. We will confirm they haven't already been referred to us by another agent. Otherwise, you can rest assured they will be placed in your downline. Timing matters. Submit them ASAP.
